The Executive team is guided by Our Council ultimately responsible for the management, administration, and overall operations of the the Society in the Northern Territory.
Rob Lutter has previous experience in the not-for-profit sector, including as CEO of Heart Kids Australia and New Zealand, and as the Manager of Alzheimer’s Hawkes Bay. Rob comes with an extensive commercial business background working in retail, commercial, production, and business management.
Rob is passionate about working with the Vinnies team, building strong stakeholder relationships, and making a real difference to those in need in Darwin and across the Territory. Rob moved to the Territory from Melbourne in November 2020 with his wife and has had a brief staycation in the (now world-famous) Howards Springs facility to take on the SVDP NT CEO position.
He has worked in commercial business and the not-for-profit sectors in organisations of both small and large fiscal and geographic scale and brings a wealth of experience to the Territory.
Kim Macdonald is the Executive Manager Program Services for the St Vincent de Paul Society NT. Kim oversees our Homelessness, Housing, Emergency Relief and Aged Care Services.
Kim has extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in the non-government and government environments. Kim believes in working with teams to achieve the required outcomes of the organisation.
Kim thoroughly enjoys collaboration with strategic partners in striving for common outcomes in the community and social sector.
Chris Archbold is the Program Manager for St Vincent de Paul Society NT Commonwealth Home Support Program and Emergency Relief Program.
Christ has lived and worked in the Territory for 23 years, mostly in remote communities working in Indigenous schools as a Business Manager. After retiring Chris started volunteering with Vinnies in our Retail Stores. She progressed into becoming a Retail Store Manager, which lead to her Program Management role.
Chris is passionate about find practical ways of helping and caring for people in their time of need.
Christine Jones is the Retail Operations Manager for the St Vincent de Paul Society NT and is responsible for the management of the 10 Retail Stores and our Warehouse at sites across the Territory.
Christine has worked across a range of industries including pharmaceutical and grocery working in remote indigenous communtiy stores with retail and sales focus. Her experience in managing teams, customer service and business operations provides Vinnies Retail Stores and their Managers a wealth of expertise.
Christine loves working for an organisation with core values surrounding services and giving back to people who are less fortunate.
Mel Asendorf is St Vincent de Paul Society Northern Territory's Housing Manager with 137 Tenancies under Management.
Mel has a strong background in leadership, administration and finance. Her experience across corporate, non-government and government sectors allows her a wide scope of operations, with her attention to detail assisting Vinnies Housing future ventures.
Mel is focused on building the skills across her team to help with solving complex issues that directly assist people in their journey from homelessness.
Angelina Yong manages St Vincent de Paul Society NT Accounts.
Angelina has diverse accounting experience, business organisation and finance skills, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the Executive Team.
