Review of Part III The Rule

National Council has initiated a review of Part III of The Rule.

1st draft of proposed amendments

National Council has endorsed the 1st draft of proposed amendments to The Rule Part III and now make these available to Members
for feedback. The proposed amendments, along with an explanation of the proposed amendments, are contained in three
documents (each of these will link to the pdf document so a Member can download)

There was a consultation period of five months culminating on Friday 28 April 2023.

Next steps

The Rule Review Committee is asking Members to provide their feedback on aspects of the proposed amendments to the Articles and the
Procedural Guidelines to their State/Territory Council.
Each State/Territory Council will provide details of comments and feedback from Members direct to the Rule Review Committee.
