Blue Door Drop-in Centre

Blue Door is located within Ainslie Village, and provides supports such as clothing, bedding, furniture (as donated) clothing vouchers and hygiene supplies, as well as life skills, information, advice, advocacy and referrals.

How we help

Blue Door is open to anyone in need and has over 1,500 ‘drop-ins’ each month.

Blue Door currently opens on weekdays (excepting Public Holidays) from 7.45am to 1.30pm for coffee etc. and support, with a hot meal served each day at 12pm.

Our service is best known for its listening ear and non-judgmental acceptance.

Who do we support?

Blue Door accepts all who come through the door. Our companions include many on JobSeeker or Disability Support Pension (DSP) support including those coping with addictions, mental health challenges and previous (including childhood) traumas.

If you or someone you know may need assistance, call our Emergency Relief Helpline on 13 18 12.
