The Young Parents Program targets the needs of young parents aged up to 25 years of age who are at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness.
The Young Parents Program is provided in the form of case management and addresses individual factors contributing to the risk of homelessness with a strong focus on the needs of the children and family unit.

Young Parents Program meets the specialist need of persons aged 25 and under who are parents and are at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness.
All referrals for accommodation and support are required to come through Onelink, the centralised intake point for all homelessness services in the ACT, who can be contacted on 1800 176 468.
